Items disappear from your shopping cart.
The Plug Shop uses cookies to add items to the shopping cart, so if items disappear when you go to checkout, this means your security settings are to high. To resolve this you need to check your settings in your browser. If you don't want to reduce your security settings, most browsers have the option to add exceptions to the security rule. Therefore please allow cookies for www.the-plug.com
You may also find that your security software on your PC is causing the problem. Please refer to the manufacturers instructions.

Do's & Don'ts
When using the shop we advise that you avoid using the back button and refresh button on your browser. Doing so, especially during the card processing stage, could lead to your transaction failing or even worst, your card being charged twice.
