OTR FREE Ibiza Beach Party

Slip on those shorts, throw on the flip-flops and slide on your sunglasses for Friday 3rd August see’s the return of the annual OTR FREE IBIZA BEACH PARTY, to be held at The Plug, Sheffield. Come party with us Ibiza-styly as we present to you a cheeky night of full-fire trance…for free!

Providing the soundtrack for the evening, OTR are proud to announce the return of very special guest, Mr DAN STONE. ‘With his productions going from strength to strength, Dan Stone is fast beginning to carve and unique and distinctive sound’ quote trance label Anjunabeats! With such releases as ‘Made in Bahrain’ and ‘Mumbai’, Dan’s sounds have gained support from the biggest names in the business, with Above and Beyond being amongst his biggest fans, including his tracks in a number of the recent Anjunabeats compilation albums. Whether it’s his passion and style behind the decks or his skill and talent in the studio, one thing’s for sure and that is that Dan Stone is one to watch out for!

Joining Dan behind the decks for the evening’s entertainment includes a host of the country’s finest up and coming talent. These include both OTR residents, DJ duo HIDDENAGENDA and MIKE BEAUMONT who shall be going B2B with fellow OTR team member, ANDY PITTS. Having recently entertained the crowds at one of the biggest club nights to hit the UK this year; Godskitchen’s SixFiveTwelve, the OTR boys continue to go from strength to strength.

We are also pleased to welcome back leading Manchester trance night, Rong! residents JAMES RIGBY and LIAM WILSON who shall be performing a B2B set. Rigby’s name is definitely one firmly fixed throughout the scene today, gaining recent sets for the biggest brands including Godskitchen and Goodgreef. Liam is also making quite the name for himself both as a producer and DJ with a forthcoming track signed to Matt Hardwick’s ‘Kill the Lights’ label.

HIGH DEFINITION are a local trance producing trio making waves having had their ‘Together We Will Be EP’ signed to the Armada owned Aropa Records in 2011. LEE THOMPSON and ALEX ANDERSON are 2 of the team behind Blackpool’s finest trance night, Blueprint with LEROY SLATER and SHAMBLES rounding off proceedings as they offer a Psy element to the evening.
