For the second Bank Holiday of the year we’ve managed to secure another date with a global megastar. He’s a DJ and producer that’s been constantly at the top of his game over the last couple of years and it’s always difficult to pin him down for a UK date. We’re even more excited that we’ve managed it on a bank holiday weekend…. You’ll get one extra day to recover from the party, and yes you will need it! Ladies and Gentlemen it’s time to welcome back ERIC PRYDZ to Shuffle!

Eric has become one of the biggest names on today’s dance music scene by simply producing the goods time and time again. One release after the next tops the dance charts, he simply never fails. He’s even bothered the UK charts with number one hits ‘Call on Me' and the Pink Floyd sampling ‘Proper Education'. The man knows a groove and when he’s not causing ripples in the mainstream, he’s maintaining his impeccable underground credibility which cements his status as a genuine DJ hero amongst todays clubbers.

He has many takes on house music, which is why he’s so popular. The 2008 smash hit ‘Pjanoo’ soundtracked Ibizan dancefloors with it’s huge pianos and happy vibes and anything under his Cirez D or Pryda moniker will knock your socks off with it’s dark tech house vibe. He’s a hit in clubs across the globe and receives plays and shares DJ bills with everyone from Carl Cox to Pete Tong, Dubfire, Laurent Garnier and Sasha. We’re very proud to be able to bring him back to Sheffield for you lucky people, don’t sleep on this one it’s going to be immense.

Warming up for Eric will be Adam Connal & Jonny Townsend of Urban Gorilla fame, we are really looking forward to having them back for a gig at Plug.

Following Prydz and keeping you on the dancefloor until daylight will be Shuffle success story and all round top guy Geoff Ticehurst. We really are blessed to still have him as a ressie.

Over in the Live room it’s FLOORFILLERS bringing its Saturday night magic into the venue for more weekend escapism.

Christopher Bibby and Ollie Hayes(Hallam FM) need no introduction

At Shuffle they will be dropping the biggest dance anthems selected from the best years of your life, mashed up to the bangers of now:

Dizzee meets Pendulum, Deadmau5 rubs up to David Guetta, whilst Calvin breaks down into Faithless, Darude and the Prodigy.

They have presented specialist radio shows across the airwaves, interviewed the stars and took on the finest of international dj's and now they come back to play every week in the best city in the land, Sheffield.
