You can always guarantee that when Uprising and Dizstruxshon share the main stage it's going to be a great night, but now One Vision and Industry are in on the action as well you know it's going to be mental!
For this event we have an extra special Futuredome. Not content with bringing you some of the best up and coming new talent around, the Futuredome artists will all be representing no less than three of the region’s most successful up and coming events: from Hull – Terminal Velocity, from Selby – Homegrown and from Scunthorpe – Frantic. This is a unique opportunity to experience what these three events have to offer so we’d like to you to show them your support and make them feel at home with a warm Uprising welcome.

If two arenas, seven events and over forty artists aren’t enough to keep you busy and entertained we’ve lined up a variety of outdoor activities (weather permitting) to keep you occupied. Throughout the day we’ll be running our first Uprising Sumo Championship with the grand final taking place in the evening to crown the Hardcore Sumo Champion of 2011. Could this be you, are you up to the challenge? If sumo is a little bit too energetic for your relaxing bank holiday we’ve got a few other less energetic activities for you to try your hand at including basket ball, darts, a coconut shy and other games, all with prizes.

If all the games and partying leaves you tired and hungry then you can chill out in the Gaymers Secret Garden, fuel up at the barbeque or just sit and relax under a parasol in the sun. Whatever you fancy doing there’s something for everyone.

CAR SHARE - CAR SHARE - CAR SHARE
With the cost of travel continuing to rise we thought it would make sense for anyone with spare seats in cars to think about car sharing. It's easy to do, helps keeps travel costs down and is good for the environment. For anyone who has spare places and wants to fill them or anyone who needs a lift and wants to hook up with someone with spare places, we've set up a section on the Uprising forum (www.uprising.co.uk) where to can look for or offer spare places and car shares. You don't need to sign up to use this part of the forum (though you do if you want to post anywhere else).

CHEAP CAR PARKING - CHEAP CAR PARKING
For the small sum of £2 there is secure, patrolled, all night car parking in the multi story car par at the rear of The Plug. Ask on your way in to the event for details.

UPRISING MEMBERS
Remember your membership cards are being updated so we'll be collecting those in as you come into the event. Your new cards will be ready for you to collect at the next event.
