Plug operates an E-Ticketing system for all tickets purchased online. This means that no physical tickets will be issued for online sales; instead you will receive a reference number by email which will act as your ticket.
E – Tickets purchased from our shop are not transferable, you will need to bring photo ID matching the name on the ticket in order to gain entry.
We have decided to introduce this system in order to stop touts from buying up tickets for our shows to resell at inflated prices.
Please note that no physical ticket will be issued for this show, this email and specifically the E-Ticket reference number below will act as your ticket for the show. Please print out this email bring it to the show along with photo ID. Please note that this E-ticket is not transferable, if sold through ebay or elsewhere or otherwise transferred to anyone other than the named ticket holder it becomes invalid.
